Vision: The Shipping Company
16th February 2014
Since last week I had continued to see this vision flash.
I had seen many people with their chins resting on their knees, waiting. They looked bored, disappointed, their eyes lowered, silent.
I did not know what they were waiting for. I noticed that they all had on beachwear, but not swimwear.
This morning, during my prayer time, as this vision scene flashed again, I wondered what these people were waiting for.
I was made to understand that those, whom these beach folk had trusted, had told them that their ships were coming in. They had run excitedly to the beach and sat there on the sand, waiting.
I was now shown the rest of the vision.
Though they could not see each other, these people were aware that there were others like them, waiting on this beach. They were all waiting for their ships to come in. Their eyes grew weary as they gazed continuously at the horizon. Not a bird stirred nor a ripple in the sea, all was silent, all was motionless.
Day after day, they sat idly by, waiting for these ships their trusted friends had assured would come in. Idleness had become their close companion. The people did not even walk on the beach. They just sat there, staring; waiting for their ships to come in. None came in.
I saw that the people looked disheartened by the fruitless wait.
Their heads had been bowed for a long time, when suddenly, they arose, as if by divine guidance and climbed upon the nearby high rock. Once the people reached the top of the rock, to the right of them, much to their delight, each was shown a vast farm land, with abundant ripened grains and rich produce.
Each one inquired of the Lord as to what they should do with so much food.
They all heard the same Reply, “Ship it”.
Where were the ships, they all wondered. As they walked on, they saw a harbor down below with ships waiting to be loaded.
Each one jumped for joy. They had wasted precious time fruitlessly waiting for a ship or two to come in bringing them goodies from others, when the Lord had already commissioned ships, willing to carry the abundance that the farmers would to send to others.
What a privilege.
Every individual was now made to understand the nature of this shipping company. Some of these ships were commissioned to carry the cargo of only one or few farmers, whilst others carried the consignment of all such farmers.
These farmers never lacked new ships to ferry their rich cargo. At any given time, there were always ships, waiting to carry this divinely grown freight to it’s varied destinations.
I saw that these joyful farmers always had abundance ready to be shipped; and that they themselves never lacked any good thing.
I saw that every farmer was filled with overflowing gratitude for the land that had been divinely allocated to them. All day long, no matter what the circumstances, these farmers moved about cheerfully; they had songs of praise on their lips, and in their hearts, for Christ Jesus, Who had delivered them from their foolishness.
I now saw every farmer watching with godly satisfaction, the abundantly laden ships leave for distant shores.
These divinely commissioned companies of ships would cover the oceans, delivering the plentiful food to the hungry and the starving; and convey the consignment of bounteous divinely grown food to those who subsisted in famine conditions, in far-flung dry and arid lands.
