Vision: And A Cry Was Heard In America

Vision: And A Cry Was Heard In America
11th November 2007

I heard cries of new born children in America. They were shrieking.

Then there was a deathly silence.

Then I heard the pained cries of grown-up weeping and wailing.

This it appeared had been going on for quite sometime. But the nation of America had mostly ignored it, paying little attention to this. The sounds of television, noise of loud disco music and other distractions had drowned out the sounds of the children and grown ups shrieking and weeping.

Those who stood a little away from the din, but never completely out of it, did hear.
But for them the sounds were muffled. They heard a little, but paid no heed, and did not seek the Lord to find out what they hearing.

Then came a sudden pause.

For a split moment the music/sounds stopped.

Suddenly, those who'd previously ignored the sounds which to them had sounded muffled, heard the shrieks of the new-borns, and the deafening pause, followed by the weeping of grown ups.

Others for whom the cries had been drowned in the din, busied themselves turning knobs of radios/TV, or asking people around them to speak up loudly. The piercing sounds of the ever increasing numbers of new borns/first borns crying made them nervous, they did not want to know or find out why such a thing was happening in their land.

Within moments the noise of entertainment was back....full volume.

Now from amongst those who had heard muffled sounds, was a young man.

I saw him walking away from the din, scratching his head. He was wondering about the sounds.

Suddenly all around him stormy winds blew. It look like a deathly sand storm. Visibility was low.

The young man could barely stand. All that was behind him was now suddenly hid by the deathly sandstorm.

A number of pages were flying out of a book, and were going to the various parts of the country.

The strong wind brought a part of a page, which stuck loosely to the man's face. Puzzled, he pulled the page off his face it tore in two pieces.

One part read:
TENTH PLAGUE

The second part read:

But against none of the children of Israel shall a dog move its tongue, against man or beast, that you may know that the LORD does make a difference between the Egyptians and Israel.’
